Weddings like this are incredibly fun to say the least; a cross-cultural Bengali wedding in Cleveland.  Epic, full of thought, preparation, character and beauty.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerAs all guests and friends can attest, the way S & K through life together is sure to make their wedding an instant Bollywood Classic.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerCleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerS (a fun nickname for our bride!) is a simply striking Indian Bride, and I absolutely LOVED being her Creative Cleveland Indian Wedding Photographer this summer.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerThis enchanting Bengali wedding is rich with customs and beliefs, and it all started with the Gaye Holud on Saturday night.  It was held at the Euclid Community center right on Lake Erie. Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerS and K sat on a swing as guests came to give their blessing.  They laughed, smiled, and ate so much our bride  finally had to say “enough, no more!”Indian Wedding Photographer in ClevelandAs the DJ laid down beats there were no shy people in the house, everyone hit the dance floor.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerI love, love, love, happy accidents.  I was using a ring flash adaptor for my camera and I thought ….Lets see what it will do with a fish eye.  Love it…its definitely different.Creative Indian Wedding PhotographerAs with most Cleveland Indian Wedding Photographers, I’m usually photographing two day events, and S & K’s Cleveland Indian Wedding was no exception.Shaker Heights Country Club Wedding PhotographerOn the beginning of the second day we started at the Shaker Heights Country Club, a beautiful venue on the east side of Cleveland.  During the early part of the day a traditional Protestant service took place for K’s family, which meant a white dress and some killer shoes.Shaker Heights Country Club Wedding PhotographerS got dressed in the girls locker room that had a bridal suite in the back.  An image that I found very unique was her hands with henna against a white dress.Shaker Heights Country Club Wedding PhotographyIndian Weddings are fun events, but a combination of a typical american church wedding with an Indian Wedding? Uber-fun, it’s so amazing to see cultures and families coming together.Shaker Heights Country Club Wedding PhotographyI LOVE being a candid photojournalistic Cleveland Wedding Photographer, the moments you can capture are priceless, important and irreplaceable.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerAnd what’s this? Heidi of Heidzilla’s playing a role in their big day?  This is the mark of a gifted wedding planner – able to not only help their clients plan their wedding day but also becoming a friend in the process. So cool to see relationships pop up – how awesome 🙂  Mad props to Heidi for executing and organizing such a gorgeous wedding!Case Western Wedding PhotographerS has an amazing laugh and I got so lucky with this moment.  The guys got ready at the Harkness Chapel at Case Western where the early service was held.Case Western Reserve Wedding PhotographerAs we began the creative wedding photography session I was so amazed at all Case had to offer.  There is amazing architecture there, and so I made sure to take advantage.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerCase Western Wedding PhotographerCleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerSo before we headed back to the country club S was hot and ready to cool off.  That’s right…she jumped into the fountain with her dress on.Fun Cleveland Wedding PhotographerCleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerTalk about an impromptu Trash the Dress Session!Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerThe Bengali wedding began in the afternoon and the colors and jewelry were amazing.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerA big moment of the day was when mom helped put the jewelry on.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerAs a Cleveland Indian Wedding Photographer, sometimes you have to take risks and work out of the box on the expected set of Indian Wedding Photography you’ll create.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerCleveland Indian Wedding Photography This Indian wedding was full of color with photographs that I knew were going to pop, but I still found some moments that had the magical black and white feel to them. Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographyLike I said, S was an amazing Indian bride to work with, she has a simply stunning gaze, and as an Indian wedding photographer I’m so proud of this creative wedding photography.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerThe light in this image really creates an enchanting and ethereal feelCleveland Indian Wedding PhotographyCleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerK & S had chosen this Bengali Wedding garment in New York, it was custom tailored.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographyThe pageantry was amazing, K rode in on a Pony while the bridesmaids held a vail over S as she entered.  K had to bribe his way in to see his bride.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerCleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerIndian Wedding Photographer in ClevelandCleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerDuring the wedding the bride and groom looked at each other in a mirrior and shared what they saw in each other. This was a very touching moment.Indian Wedding Photographer in ClevelandIndian Wedding Photographer in ClevelandThe Reception was….wait for it……spectacular!  And took place at the Shaker Heights Country Club. The center pieces by Blooms by Plantscaping were enchanting and the wonderfully placed uplighting provided by Rock the House was magical.Cleveland Indian Wedding PhotographerSeriously, Shaker Heights Country Club was such a wonderful wetting for this Indian Wedding & Reception.  I loved the decor that Blooms by Plantscaping dreamed up with Heidzillas & S!Shaker Heights Country Club Wedding PhotographerAs with the night before, the dancing was so much fun, we partied late into the night.Shaker Heights Country Club Wedding PhotographerS and K had and amazing wedding, one that will not soon be forgotten as they share these images with their friends and family over many years.Cleveland Indian Wedding Photographer
