Dangerous Love
There are some grooms who really know how to do it up when it comes to proposing to their brides, and Aaron in one of them. He told Emily that he got a last minute opportunity for a hot air balloon ride. After a beautiful trip through the sky Aaron proposed to Emily. Kudos to Aaron on creating this magical moment that they will share for a lifetime. (also for not dropping the ring.)

The wedding was no different, and Aaron and Emily had many beautiful moments throughout the day that where both fun and romantic.

After the couple got dressed it was time to photograph the bridal party, which became one of the most interesting photo sessions of the year.

Our wedding photography around here is very personal – always a statement about the couple. Aaron & Emily are gun & rifle enthusiasts – and wanted to find a way for their passion to be shown in their wedding. So Aaron with the help of his friends brought assault rifles to the wedding, which was defiantly a first for me. I was also surprised that Emily joined the fun, for what may be the bride and groom “shot” of the decade.

All I know, is you don’t want to mess with this couple.

After the ceremony I was thrilled that I got to spend a full hour with just the bride and groom. Emily had picked Canton Ohio for her wedding photography, and had picked some beautiful locations where they could just have fun being together. I picked a few more location that may have surprised them, but after all they had pulled out assault rifles early.
I really love urban settings for creative wedding photography and Emily told me she liked train tracks, so I found this sweet switching signal, and as for the light, well….wait for it…PERFECT!

After the sun had set we headed off to the Double Tree in North Canton, where Woody and Jessie where waiting.

A very special moment of the evening for Emily was getting to dance with her brother, who wasn’t sure he was going to make it back from his service in Iraq. The night ended in a similar way to the Engagement. Emily and Aaron decided to release a balloon to mark the starting of their lives together. A dream wedding that will be followed with a beautiful life together.

What a GREAT “capture” of my daughter’s Wedding Day! I was very impressed with Vince’s skillful photography. Although, my son was in Iraq, not Afhganistan, we were so lucky to have him and the rest of Emily’s siblings involved in one of the most unforgettable days ever!
Thank You!

Awesome pictures!
Great pictures! Some absolutely breathtaking cityscapes and wonderful pictures of family and friends.
Those pictures are out of this world!
Aaron you make a dashing groom & Emily such a beautiful bride! Congrats to both of you!!
Old Hollywood glam meets the modern-day mob! Hard to say I have a favorite, but what I did notice….The symbolism of the women with their umbrellas and the men with their guns. Also, LOVED the black and white shot with the happy couple holding guns together…it’s partners in crime – a team against the world. The shot of them at the steel bridge at the edge of the railroad accentuates their strength to tackle anything together with calm fortitude! The props of classic cars, mobster-like machine guns, “Gone With the Wind” style umbrellas, and Toy Story figurines coupled with the raw, industrial vibe of the architecture and timeless style of the bride and groom made the perfect setting. The couple sending the wind balloon on it’s way is so heart-felt – you can feel their emotion! Great photos that really captured the couple’s personality, but with such awesome artistic value with a modern edge!
The pictures were great and very creative. loved the floating lantern.
I love these pictures!
These are SOOO good! I love them!
