We’re so thankful – 2012 was an astounding year for us here at Making the Moment Photography, and it’s time to celebrate. We photographed and delivered nearly 40,000 images this year to an AWESOME set of clients, and we’re thrilled for what 2013 will bring. Oh yes – it was a good ol’ time. I think it’s fun to share bits and pieces of my personal life from time to time on here. I of course love blogging about the many weddings we photograph around town, and I thought it would be fun to share a handful of images and stories from my recent adventure into the wilderness.

I am often asked by our brides and grooms how it was that I proposed to my wife, and because our five year anniversary is tomorrow (wow has time flown!) I thought I would share the story. Please read on for a peak into my personal life and my very own engagement story.

We get to photograph a lot of fun things around here. Admittedly, most of our photographic work we’re known for is our creative & fun wedding photography, but we’re occasionally asked to handle different projects of all shapes and sizes. This book project being one of them – check out some imagery from the shoot!
