Gotta love it – gotta love it – these two are the bomb. The bees knees even 🙂
Eddie & Steph’s Medina wedding was amazing – and I’m so uber proud of their creative wedding photos! Their day was a blast to be a part of. Some quick highlights? Impromptu Firetrucks at Medina Square, Fun “lightpainting” photos in mid-day, a sweet & fun bridal party, & a rockin’ wedding reception at Rustic Hills Country Club!
Stephanie & Ed’s Medina wedding began in good ol’ Medina Ohio (my hometown!). I spent some time with the ladies in the morning capturing candid wedding photos – I LOVE photo-journalistic wedding photography! It’s so much fun to capture people when they’re most attractive – being themselves 🙂
Notice the middle image? That’s how awesome-Eddie proposed – a hang man game!! Love it – good thing Steph didn’t guess the wrong letters too often – eek!
The gentelmen spent the morning playing outdoor games – cornhole, etc. Love the sequence below!
The Wedding ceremony was at the Medina Presbyterian Church – a really nice church in Medina – I loved the natural light spilling in from the windows!
Gotta love the joy you’re seeing here – such genuine happiness and love!
I love snapping unexpected imagery – such a blast capturing images as they happen 🙂
The above is from our little light painting adventure in Medina City Square. What is light-painting? A bit difficult to explain, but it’s a fun camera technique (usually done at night) where someone with a bright light (usually a flashlight – but sparklers in this instance) move about the frame of a photo and literally “paint” light into the image. Nope – not a photoshop effect, it’s just plain ol’ photography fun. At Making the Moment, a huge aspect of our brand creative wedding photography is to explore, create and have fun – and this fits right in!
We had a BLAST creating some really fun & artsy wedding photography around the area.  Because I grew up in Medina, I know all the little nooks & crannies that are perfect for creating artsy “non-posey-pose” wedding photos 🙂
The wedding reception was held at the Rustic Hills Country Club in Medina. Â Seriously – the speeches were epic – full of hart and laughter. Â I was able to snag some sweet candid & photojournalistic photos during the speech – I love genuine reactions!
Shown below is the annual family tradition for the ladies – the lemon drop shot – sour!
It was an incredibly sweet and fun wedding day, and I’m so proud of the creative wedding photography that we made together! Â Steph & Eddy – I’m so thrilled about your wedding photos, and even more thrilled about the friendship we’ve created. Â You two are an awesomesly sweet couple, and I wish you many awesome years together. Â Much love & blessings you two!!
