We’re in search of a coordinator to assist and help manage on our well established photography and cinema team. You don’t need to be a creative; we need you to organize us and allow us to do what we do best. Organized? Big picture thinker? Do well in fast paced environments? Making the Moment is an established, high quality creative cinematography + photography company based on the West Side of Cleveland, Ohio.  We are looking to bring in just the right person to our unique and fun team environment. We have grown in a healthy manner in the last 15+ years, and now have another full time salary position open for the right administrative professional.

We’re looking for someone excited about working with a small team.  Someone who is efficient and focused with their work. Our small full time staff of creative professionals desires to have a cheerful and friendly person who will pair well with us.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in organizing teams or offices as well as experience as an administrative assistant.  Largely, this person will work in support of our Creative Director, as well as the team as a whole.  Not simply  “just” organizing schedules and spearheading our CRM, we’re looking for a person who LOVES other people. A kind, cheery and warm person will thrive in this role, as you’ll not only work with our team, but also be directly working with our amazing clientele.

Salaried Position

we’re looking for someone to be “all-in” on this life-giving team.  We are “like” a family here; and we’d love to invite an enthusiastic and organized person into this creative journey we are on.

Based in our Cleveland Office

We live all over Cleveland.  We work in Cleveland.  So would you.  Our space is pretty awesome; located by Crocker Park in Westlake.  Our clients love it. You will too.

Flexible but Predictable Work / Life Balance

This is not an event staffing position, you’ll largely be working Monday – Friday during regular office hours. Work from home options are available after you have dialed into your role here too.

Experience

That means organizing or managing a team, being an administrative assistant, office manager, sales or even in Human Resources. Something similar, or a position that you feel has those qualities which really carry over.

Be Creative

Creative abilities are a plus; but not a requirement. You don’t need design experience, but we are looking for someone who at least loves all things creative. Photoshop and InDesign experience will definitely give you a leg up though! We’d love for you to be a creative thinker, as sometimes you do need to think outside the box. 

Independent Thinker

One of the joys of working with a small team is that while you’re working cooperatively with a team, no one else on the team does what you do. We need someone who is confident and devoted in doing their position.

Our passion and expertise has struck a chord with couples and corporations looking for nothing less than the very best wedding photography, wedding cinema and marketing communications.

We’re a small office team of extremely fun, likable [ and quirky ] people.  Coming into this team doesn’t mean you have to understand the complexities of the creation of our artwork [ bonus points if you do! ] but does mean you must have a passion for the careful execution of process.
