A veteran and skilled wedding photographer who has photographed over 100 weddings in her photography career to date, her experience in carried into every image she captures. Joining the Making the Moment team nearly 3 years ago, and marrying the love of her life a year later, Gabriella channels her experience on both sides of the camera into every emotional image she crafts. Experience like Gabriella’s means that you can rest easy on your wedding day; knowing that her leadership and clear communication will allow you, your family, your friends and your guests to enjoy a day like none other.

Why are you a Wedding Photographer?
I am a hopeless romantic and constantly views the world around me in terms of a photograph. Being a wedding photograph allows me to express my passion for photography in an environment that is joyful, exciting, and intimate.
How Many Weddings Have You Photographed?
I have photographed about 100 weddings. Give or take a few; although they’re all special you stop counting after year 5!
Are you a Full-time Photographer?
Full time; yes!
What Would your Dating Profile Read?
I’m married, so I don’t have one! But if I did; “Hi! I’m Gabriella! I am Greek and Italian, and both of these cultures are a huge part of my life. I enjoy traveling, red wine, dark chocolate, and staying active.”
Who are your Photographic Heroes?
Aside from Brett…jk I have always loved Steve McCurry as a photojournalist and Christian Oth as a wedding photographer. When I was younger I would look at images by Steve McCurry when he was working for National Geographic and I was in awe. I too wanted to bring awareness to things that go unseen on an everyday basis, but in a beautiful way.
What Do you Love Most About a Wedding Day?
My favorite part of the wedding day is when a couple sees each other for the first time. I cry at almost all first looks. If you ever hear someone sobbing in the background of one of our wedding films as a bride walks down the aisle, it’s probably me. Nope; not the mother of the bride; me.
What are you Like on a Wedding Day?
On a wedding day I am focused. Friendly of course; but focused. I will be outgoing, fun, and [ of course ] an emotional shoulder to lean on. No matter what, I always have my head on straight and am in the zone.
What Makes your Artwork Different from Others?
My photography style is organic and genuine. Not fake. It allows my couple to not only remember, but to relive real and authentic moments. I see so much staged photography out there; I never set out to be a photographer who forces people to feel something when I’m pressing the shutter. I want it to always be real.
Do you Have any Hobbies? Personal Passions?
I enjoy cooking, spinning, barre, yoga, hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with friends, family and my fiancee.
Favorite Board Games?
I enjoy playing Cards Against Humanity. Monopoly makes me want to flip a table.
Two Truths + a Lie. Go.
- I have never eaten a hot dog.
- I can sing Happy Birthday in five different languages.
- Growing up I was an all-star gymnast.
What are your Pet Peeves?
I have a few; who doesn’t? In no particular order;
- Someone who whispers when they talk.
- Slow drivers.
- People that leave only a tiny bit of peanut butter at the bottom of the jar.
