Every word you’ve read on this page so far about Taylor and Adam’s goodness has all been word-smithed and crafted by our enthusiastic marketing team [ Sara and Brett for the record; they are a pretty dynamic duo of content creation ]. Self enthusiasm aside, we mean every word on this page, but it’s important that you get to know our creatives personally.

What Would your Dating Profiles Read?
We’re a husband and wife team, so we don’t really worry about online dating profiles anymore. However, we did meet online! At that time, Taylor’s stated she wanted a guy that could keep her laughing and smiling. Adam wanted a girl who is kind and has a big heart.
Why are you a Wedding Photographer?
We are wedding photographers because we enjoy capturing the love of our couples and telling your story. Wedding days are one of the most important days of your life and we get SO excited being able to be a part of that day and hopefully bringing even more happiness by just being there with you.
Who are your Photographic Heroes?
Taylor: I enjoy Peter McKinnon. Adam and I watch his Youtube channel a lot and to see the kind of work he does [ he is AWESOME! ] He has a very vibrant and stylized look, and it’s so cool to see what he can do. Plus, he is very entertaining.
Adam: As Taylor mentioned, I really enjoy Peter McKinnon’s stuff. Taylor Jackson is my wedding photography hero. He works very hard and shoots over 60 weddings a year by himself. He’s inspiring. I also love landscape photography and Max Rive’s work really inspires me.
What Do you Love Most About a Wedding Day?
Taylor: I love being the bride’s sidekick! Getting to know her through her engagement and letting her know that I am there to support her and her groom makes me so happy! I love seeing the joy in the family and friends around the couple as well. Weddings bring out the best in people, and I am honored when I get to be a part of it.
Adam: I think being a wedding photographer is the best job in the world. We get to experience and document one of the best days in our couple’s lives. I often look over at Taylor as we are working and can’t believe that we get to do what we do. Being around so many happy people and experiencing the joy of everyone is what I love most.
What are you Like on a Wedding Day?
Taylor: A ball of energy! I love being the bride’s friend on her wedding day! Being calm, confident, and collected is something that I strive to be as well!
Adam: Calm, collected, steady. I know that the wedding day can be really stressful for our couples. I am there to keep them calm, relaxed, and reassured that they’ve hired the right professionals to take care of the wedding day so that they can just enjoy their experience.
What Makes your Artwork Different from Others?
Our photography is realistic, natural, and genuine. We don’t use crazy coloring or trends that will fade in a few years. We strive to have your photographs show exactly how your date felt. This means 20 years from now you’ll be able to look at your photos and remember what your wedding day was really like, and take a trip back to that day.. We want you to look back at your photos and get “all the feels!”
What do you like doing with friends?
Taylor: I enjoy going to the movies and also getting coffee. Coffee is A MUST! Any time that I can get with a good friend just chatting away, I’m having a good day!
Adam: I grew up a gamer, so I find that enjoying some games with my friends is still where I feel most in my element. I love competition, so anything where I can place a wager with my friends and put pressure on myself to perform is exciting and fun to me.
What qualities does your ideal best friend have, or what types of people do you like to hang out with?
Taylor: This is easy for me. Adam is my best friend! He is supportive and always makes sure that I am smiling. He understands my faults and brings out my strengths. What else could I ask for in a best friend and a husband?
Adam: I only hang out with people that are kind and respectful to others. I like people that are very positive and have a growth mindset. I continually push myself to improve and be a better person and I like to surround myself with others that are like that. Taylor is my best friend and embodies these principles.
What are your hobbies outside of visual storytelling?
As new parents, we enjoy spending time with our son. We also have two cats and a dog that we love to spend time with. We are close to our families and spend a lot of time with our parents. We love going to the movies together! Until we had our son, we were on the AMC A-List because we went to the movies SO often! If you ever need someone on your trivia team to answer questions about movies, we got you!
What board games do you like to play? What board game makes you want to flip a table?
Taylor: My favorite board game would have to be LIFE. I always wanted to have the most babies out of anyone in this game. I have no idea why! The game that makes me want to flip a table…Monopoly! I can never win that game.
Adam: I enjoy any kind of board game that requires strategy and competing against the other players. I really don’t like performance games like charades due to my reserved and somewhat shy nature.
What are your Pet Peeves?
Taylor: My biggest pet peeve is when someone doesn’t say “excuse me.” when they’re
Adam: Burping? It bugs you when they don’t say excuse me when they’re burping?
Taylor: No, more like when they think they know what I’m about to say and interrupt me 😜
Adam: For me? When people are rude or mean to others. Negativity. laziness. Road rage. Fruit roll-ups®
What are you consuming that you love right now and why? [ Music, movies, podcasts, TV shows, etc. ]
Taylor: I am OBSESSED with The Dave Matthews Band. I always will be! As far as TV shows, I am still watching Grey’s Anatomy after all these years, and of course, This is Us.
Adam: I’m a pretty big fan of YouTube, so if I’m watching TV, it’s probably that. I watch travel vloggers to see places that I’d love to visit one day. I also watch a lot of photography channels to try and learn new skills. I do love the show New Girl and I’m on my 5th time going through that series. I really love music and my favorite band is Muse. I enjoy Coldplay, DMB, Beck and other alt rock bands as well. I also love all things James Bond.
What do you think of Ohio weather?
Taylor: Meh.
Adam: Blech.
What do you love about Making the Moment?
We love being a part of a team that constantly has your back and supports you as an individual and visual storyteller. The team is always looking out for you and wants the best for you! Making the Moment’s values closely align to ours and we feel like we are able to be our best creative selves. We couldn’t be luckier.
Two Truths and a Lie. Go!
Taylor: I have 14 tattoos. I have a screw holding my hip together. I used to compete as a ballroom dancer.
Adam: I’ve never had a sip of coffee. I love chocolate. My dream is to live in Las Vegas one day.
