We’re excited about being the official Photographers again for the 2025 Honoree Gala!

 

A few details below!

 

  • This fee covers your session fee, and two physical prints.
  • The Charity Ball Committee will work with you after you have paid your session fee [ and sent in your contract ] to arrange for your session time slot.
  • You will need to print, fill out and send in your contract before we can officially accept your session as booked.  You can download that right here at this link.
    • After downloading, feel free to digitally sign using the notes app [ or any app ] on your phone, and send the document to us at Katie@MakingTheMoment.com
    • Or you may print, sign and send to us at our office address [ 1650 Crossings PKWY Suite D, Westlake OH 44145 ]
  • This fee covers your group of up to Ten people; if you have larger group sizes you may pay for the larger group size here during booking or onsite at the event at our photography check-in station with our staff via credit card.
  • Like last year, you will have the opportunity a few weeks after the event to order physical prints and digital files.

 

Group Sizes larger than 10 (+$25.00)

As we only have so much time to photograph your group [ and we want to be respectful of everyone else’s scheduled sessions ] it is important that group sizes for your groups are limited to ten (10) or less.

As it takes us more time to photograph groups larger [ and more time in our post production editing ] any individual over ten in your group will require a $25 fee per person [ meaning, if you have 12 people you will need to pay an additional $50 for your session ]

You may pay this fee now if you know your group size, or you will be asked to pay via credit card at the door of the photography session before we can accommodate your extra people.
