Penny and Charles are amazing. Not only are their names super cute together, they were super laid back and just great in general. Her dress and ring made me fall in love with their wedding immediately.
I am a bit of a jewelry fanatic. When I saw Penny’s ring my head about exploded. I believe this is the most flawless diamond I have ever photographed. I’d like to say it’s stunning but even that is an understatement.
Every part of the day just seemed to fit them so well and really, thats what weddings really should be like.

We headed out to downtown Chagrin Fall for their bride and groom session with this sweet door and a cool little playground. The sun came out and gave us this awesome blue sky just in time!
It doesn’t look like it but this is actually a playground. Who knew it could be so cool? I am crazy about this shot. I love the sky, the setting and that Penny looks like a 6 foot tall model! Stunning!!
They were such good sports. I had Penny doing so much running in her heels! She has some serious balance skills thats for sure. I’m so happy the sun stayed out for us. I feel like this shot couldn’t be more perfect.

Their wedding ceremony took place at a friends house which was nothing short of a giant piece of art. Everywhere you turned it was something new and interesting. Yellow striped wallpaper? C’mon! So awesome!

After the wedding and before their super-beautiful backyard wedding reception, there was a fun cocktail hour. I love the power of capturing candid wedding photography of guests and friends. Subtle glances and smiles say so much about the feel of a wedding day.
Their reception took place in this huge tent in the backyard. Seriously, I think they win the title of “best friends ever” by letting their whole property be taken over for their wedding. Throughout the whole wedding, you could really feel how close everyone was.

I knew we were in good shape for an awesome and fun wedding reception, thanks to our friends over at Rock the House! Rock the House is one of the best cleveland wedding DJ’s around, and they are on our short list of preferred wedding DJ’s in cleveland.
