You may remember seeing Lauren & Colin on the blog a few months ago from their country engagement session. Well, they recently got married in October and I had a fun time photographing them.

Their wedding was in Cleveland and they couldn’t have asked for a nicer day to celebrate tying the knot.

In the morning I started off photographing Lauren and her bridesmaids at the Wyndham hotel downtown.

Lauren has quite the entertaining group of girl friends. They were a spunky bunch and they laughed a lot.

Lauren and Colin wrote each other journals to read on their wedding day. I love Lauren’s reaction in the top left image as she read her journal from her soon-to-be husband.

Lauren gave all of her bridesmaids gifts…from Tiffany & Co.! They were all pretty surprised 🙂

As Lauren finished up her final touches, I pulled her aside to snag a few images of her by herself.

I really enjoy the outcome. She looks absolutely stunning. Lauren has an elegance about her that really shines.

The above images are of Colin reading the journal that Lauren wrote to him.

The wedding took place at St. Patrick’s Parish in Ohio City. Such a beautiful church.

Colin and Lauren’s reactions to each other were priceless. Love the emotion.

And they’re hitched! Yesssssssssss. Now it’s time to celebrate! Oh, and take some creatives 😉

We began our session downtown in front of Cleveland’s awesome skyline.

It was a fairly cloudy day, but the blue sky really popped in our images when using artificial light.

“Hey! There’s a plane flying over. Assume positions!” This image is a composite of three separate images that I was able to photoshop together to make the above image. Pretty cool stuff.

We received some really great light during our creative session which made for some awesome images.

These two were pretty happy to get married…and I don’t blame them. They are perfect for each other.

The sky and clouds were a great backdrop for this image. Oh – and the subjects don’t look too bad either 😉

After photography near the lake, we took off for their wedding reception at Windows on the River.

I was able to sneak a few more classy images of the newlyweds outdoors near the river.

This set of images turned out very timeless to me, and that’s why I’m so fond of them.

The rest of the evening, Lauren and Colin celebrated as they were surrounded by family and friends.

BIG congrats to you two! I had an amazing time at your wedding. Thanks for having me 🙂
