I have always wanted to title a blog as “A Kick-ass Wedding”, but I never thought it was appropriate. But this one might be the one. The Kick’s not only have the perfect name for this, but also have the perfect amount of style, bling and big personalities. Jeremy and Victoria love classic rock and crazy parties.
The day started with me photographing details and wow, I love this neckless. The colors in the room mixed with a reflective table make it pop in the light. I knew this was going to be an amazing day. The shoes were also a perfect fit, but wait until you see the dress.
The details, they were a plenty; 3 pairs of ear rings, 2 pairs of shoes and bride in a…
custom cotton candy pink dress. The dress was a perfect fit for Victoria who wanted every aspect of her wedding day to not be cookie cutter. Defiantly cool, and it even had a gold metal belt to go with.
Outside the windows of the suite (seen below) were the fall color views of the city, a very nice touch.
Heah…what up man….dude….yeah….sharp! This is basically how the conversation went at this point.
The Renaissance Hotel suites are such a great place to get ready in. They are new but have a vintage feel in the design. The black and white images looked so amazing, making every moment feel timeless.
I shared with you earlier this was a party crowd. They didn’t trash the room like rockstars but they did jump on the bed.
Tori was such a beautiful bride and the window light made the images so vintage hollywood.
By far my favorite image of the day…so epic!
Our creative session took place in the flats in an effort to bring that “urban rock flare” to the day. We also got some epic sun flare to go go with.
Hells Yeah!!!
Sun flare + cotton candy pink = rockstar imagery. I had to do these hero shots. I was thinking “album cover” all the way.
The wedding took place at Cleveland’s House of Blues (could be anywhere else?). Cleveland rocks so I guess it could have been at the Rock Hall but with the custom stage lighting and black walls the House of blues won the show. And a show it was.
Every table center piece was marked with records from Jeremy and Victoria’s favorite artists – a fun simple idea.
One of the best things about the House of Blues is the built in light show. I love this image, Jeremy and Victoria center stage!
Let the epic party begin! This House was a rocking!
Tori had an amazing vintage ring, and mixed with the house lights I had to blow this ring image up.
We ended the night with some beautiful images outside on East 4th as final encore to the rock-n-roll wedding. Not the end for Jeremy and Tori who will spend their lives rocking together.
