I wish I could claim originality here with my crafty title, but I’m literally just stealing their wedding hashtag. To help compensate, I’m literally wearing my air jordan shoes from 1992 as I write this blog. #truestory
As an artistic wedding photographer, I was challenged and excited to photograph Ariel and Jordan’s wedding at the Akron Museum of Art.
Challenged? Yes; partly due to the setting. The Akron Museum of Art is a bold statement for a wedding; it says much about how much Arielle and Jordan value architecture, lines and modern aesthetics.
Our wedding photography is full of modern amenities; I like lines and bold directions, so choosing Making the Moment as their wedding photographer made sense.
I also like Arielle. I like her style. I like her choice in not only wedding venues and wedding photographers, [ and husband ] but I like her choice in the people she surrounded herself with on her wedding day.
I like Jordan just as much, and always have mad respect for a fellow musician.

Their chuppah for their outdoor wedding at the Akron Museum of art was lovely.
Not to be outdone by Arielle’s smile. As beautiful as the setting was, all eyes were on her.
I’ve photographed a few jewish weddings in the Akron area as a wedding photographer, but I have to say Arielle and Jordan’s is my personal favorite to date. The early fall weather and sunshine just made the afternoon amazing.
Arielle and Jordan shared with me their affinity for wedding pictures with strong leading lines and bold character. I love these images two and pushed hard to give them unique wedding artwork.
LOL. Had to.
I love it. The two performed a choreographed dance for their guests before opening up the dance floor for a massive pre-dinner party.
I’m not sure what I love most about the above image. Is it the the two “Dude where’s my car?” gentlemen in full party mode? Or is the young lady on the left desperately chugging the glass of wine? Or is the eyeball only person on the lower left frantically escaping these two dudes?
